Confidence boosts last, but not least thing in my mind is to act with confidence is the way we can overcome our problem of stress or anxiety in any situation in which we feel fear or depression does not feel like you are less in skill, qualities or other traits, think like that all person in this world is unique. They carry specific skills or good characteristics which no one else has.
