Resolving Conflict:
Conflict is when we do not agree with anyone, it's normal to have conflict, but if it harms a relationship, then we need to resolve conflict; if we properly do conflict management, it strengthens the relationship between two people; when conflict arises between two people both have questions that how are conflicts resolved? There are many situations of conflict, so we need to point out what it is ? to resolve conflict, we need to use conflict resolution strategies effectively and efficiently to resolve conflicts. Following are the situation of conflicts that we need to identify before solving them.
-Conflict situation 1: Conflict situation in which both parties perceive threats to resolving conflict, which is in actual or not
-Conflict situation 2: A conflict situation in which both parties ignore conflict because they see it as a threat, and conflict continue to be strengthened as a result of both parties not pushing forward themselves to resolve conflict.
-Conflict situation 3:Conflict situation in which both parties see it by their perception, which is based on their previous life experience, culture, values & beliefs, not based on facts or objectives.
-Conflict situation 4:Conflict situation in which both parties or one cannot manage their emotion at the time of stress then it will be difficult to resolve conflict.
-Conflict situation 5: A conflict situation in which both parties see it as an opportunity to strengthen the relationship. Hence, both parties look forward to resolving conflict as they know what must solve disagreements and challenges.

The conflict that arises between human being is a normal thing as we as an individual is different from one another; conflict is not an issue, but it becomes an issue if we fail to solve it as it creates anxiety and stress among two parties; it broken our family relationship as we could not control our emotion to know the difference of opinion with our parents, wife or children & we deal with anger to solve it. Still, it becomes worse as we try to solve it with our emotions rather than facts; conflict destroys our work life, creates pain, anger, and frustration as we cannot manage our conflict, and destroys our career. To resolve conflicts, there are some following ways you need to follow or know to manage conflict.
1-Clarification of conflicts:
To resolve conflicts, we need to clarify with both parties what is the matter because of which conflict arises; we need complete knowledge and confidence of both parties to resolve conflicts, get information from both parties till you reach that understanding to conclude to resolve conflict with mutual understanding.
2-Safe and private place:
To resolve conflict, we need to find a safe and private place where both parties sit together, and no one can enter a room or hear about their conflict because if anyone else hears or participate in a conflict issue, it becomes worse as both feel insulted, and it arises more workplace conflicts.
3-Listen and let both parties talk:
To resolve conflicts now, after taking both parties to separate places, let both parties talk separately and give equal opportunity to talk to resolve conflict without favoring anyone, keep ground rules and realties in mind to decide with justice in this way you need to do conflict management.
4-Investigation:
To resolve conflict now, after listening to both parties, take a deeper look at both parties' points and summarize the statement of both parties, and then give suggestions on how conflicts are resolved. Without favoring anyone, separately talk with each party about what points you need to overcome and what the second party needs to improve and find a midpoint for both where each one is happy.

To resolve conflicts define goals to find ways where both parties agree on a common point without favoring anyone; you need to know the stages of conflicts and scenarios of it and also consider records of that person or group, listen, communicate, and brainstorm before coming to any conclusion and the main point to be noted while resolving conflict is to find the source of conflict while doing conflict management.
6-Find the Best solution and responsibility:
To resolve conflicts now, after investigating and defining goals, you should find the best solution in which both parties must agree with any confusion and both parties take responsibility to accept and fellow to solve the conflict situation, find the root cause of conflict, and make agree to both on one common point to fellow and to do conflict management.
7-Evaluate both parties :
To resolve conflict after all these steps, you need to evaluate both parties on how they do conflict management on common points on which both agree, what they do when conflict situations arise again, and how conflicts are resolved.

In the end, we can say that conflict is a very common thing in our daily life; we face conflicts in our personal life with our family members like wives, children, parents, and friends and in our work life with employees, colleagues, boss and another person at the workplace but the thing to be noted is how we deal with that conflicts to resolving conflict, elders to take part in a conflict situation in personal life and at workplace higher authority or management should deal with the situation and find the best way for both parties to do conflict management. Humor is also made the best way to solve the problem or resolve conflict; it makes situations lighter and makes stressful & tense situations in a good mood; another way to give time to both parties to interact and talk on other topics more rather than talking on conflict point.
